About Us - What we think

We are a small Canadian developer and, as such, are truly passionate about this project.

Our Newfoundland roots mean we have an obligation to create a magical place that makes the most of the local environment. To this end we are building to a strict conservation plan to protect the local habitat and wildlife.

We want to share this amazing destination that we call 'home' with others who are equally enchanted by what's already here, and, what is possible here.

An investment at Timberland Golf Resort allows you to be as involved as you wish. If you want us to build your home for you, no problem. If you want to be involved every step of the way, fantastic - we look forward to it!

Diary Highlights

Timberland Golf Resort was conceived in 2002.
The design phase was completed in 2004.
Planning permission was received in July 2006.
The first lot was sold in September 2006.
Our site office opened in October 2006.
Our environmental plan was approved in December 2006.
Construction began, on schedule, on May 7th, 2007

Horses for courses

Timberland is the only resort in the Humber Valley region with stabling and paddocks for horses, a family swimming pool, and an outdoor football pitch for use from May through November.

Where are we?

Only 5.5-hours flight time from the UK, Timberland is literally across the water. With three flights a week from London and only a few hours time difference, Timberland is an easy access destination for Brits.
