Your dream home will be semi-secluded, backing onto natural woodland, with panoramic views of the golf course and Deer Lake.

The beating heart of the resort is the centrally located clubhouse. Providing a focal point for socializing at the bar, restaurant, bowling alley, health centre and swimming pool, the '19th' is an on-site gem to dip into at will.

Unlike other developments in the region, Timberland benefits from an equestrian centre with stabling and paddocks. This is located adjacent to the resort, along with an outdoor football pitch for summer use. The resort also has a family swimming pool - a first for the Humber Valley - and an outdoor winter ice rink on site.

Timberland has been designed to afford direct golf course and trail access from every lot. This means you can hike, ski or snowmobile direct from your front door, using trails that link up with the most scenic routes in the area.
